Apple Butter Old Fashioned
It’s that time of year! Nothing says autumn like harvesting apples and finding the amazing things you can do with them. As a North Carolina native I was ecstatic to see Basel-based Knead Good Food’s recipe for Apple Butter sourcing local ingredients here in Basel, Switzerland. Sure, apple butter is magnificent on toast or muffins but I’m keen on using it in a holiday cocktail!
Our go-to here in Basel would be Eagle Rare or Basil Hayden’s Bourbon and Fever Tree club soda.
